K and KE Series Pinch Valves

Atval is a market leader in this type of pinch valve, which is manufactured in South Africa. All items are manufactured at Atvals Wadeville works. The “HEART” of the pinch valve is the sleeve which can be manufactured from a number of different elastomers, with recommended working pressures of up to 60 Bar C.W.P. The field replaceable ATVAL pinch valve sleeves are the only valve part in contact with the pipeline fluid. The full bore design of the “K” & “KE” Series virtually eliminates friction losses throughout the valve, whilst the double acting-closing feature allows
maximum sleeve life and drop-tight closure. These valves are particularly well suited for throttling control of abrasive and corrosive fluids and the heavy-duty wall section in the closing area ensures good control and long wear life.
